Spaghetti Squash Italian bake

Spaghetti squash, any marinara or pasta sauce, red onion, 93% fat free ground turkey, lowfat cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and 2% Kraft shredded cheese.
Cut spaghetti squash in half, scoop out seeds and pulp. Microwave for 10-15 minutes cut side down in casserole dish with about 1 cup of water. Heat skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil. Saute red onions. Brown ground turkey in same pan. Add in jar of pasta sauce. Turn off heat. Use fork to shred spaghetti squash into strands. Place in mixing bowl and let cool a little. Stir in ricotta cheese, cottage cheese and 1/2 of the parmesan cheese. Spread 1/2 of turkey and pasta sauce mixture in bottom of 13 X 9 pan. Layer with all of the spaghetti squash/cheese mixture. Pour over remaining turkey and pasta sauce mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan & 2% reduced fat kraft cheese--any kind you like. Bake in 350 oven for 20-30 minutes until cheese is hot & bubbly.
