Camp Chicken Mulligan Stew

Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast2 cans cream of chicken soup2 cans cream of celery soupone envelope of onion soup mix4 cups diced potatoes2 cups diced onions2 cups diced celery2 cups diced carrotssaltpepperoptional other seasonings
Directions
Dice all veggies and chicken into small cubes. Stir in soups with 2 cans of water. Season with salt, pepper, and any of your favorite seasonings. Place all in a heavy duty pouch of aluminum foil. Cook on the campfire for about 30-45 minutes (flip bag every 15 minutes).
