1 package - Lightlife Smart Strips Chick'n Style (6 OZ)Veganaise Mayo (2 - 4 tablespoons, depending on choice of consistency)Yellow mustard - squirtCelery (3 small stocks)Dill Pickles - 21 medium Tomato1/4 - white or yellow onion garlic salt - tasteblack pepper - taste
open package of Smart Strips - chop and place in bowl
chop celery, onion, and pickles
add to bowl
add Veganaise and mustard, salt and pepper and stir.
For best flavor, let it rest in the fridge about 30 minutes to mix the flavors and chill.
Serving Size: Makes about five or six large stuffed Pita's or sandwiches
