Italian Chicken with Cheese

Ingredients
one pound of boneless skinless chicken breastsone can of diced italian tomatoes1 cup sliced onion1 TBSP oregano1 TBSP garlic powderpinch of salt and pepper1/4 cup bread crumbs2 oz shredded mozzaarella cheese
Directions
Mix the crumbs, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bag. Coat the breasts, and broil 4 min on each side. In a skillet, saute the onions and tomotoes. Add some mushrooms and some chopped basil, if desired. IN a large casserole dish, put a little of the sauce on the bottom. Then place the broiled chicken breasts. then, cover with the sauce, top with the cheese, and cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 30 min.
