Ingredients
1 medium potato, parboiled in jacket1 Tbsp. dried minced onion1 large egg.25 tsp. turmeric1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Mix first four ingredients together. Form into patties. Preheat skillet on medium heat and add olive oil. Fry potato patties until golden brown.
