Carror Cocoa Snack Cake

Ingredients
1/4 cup plus 2T cocoa1/2 cup flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1.5 tsp baking powder1/2 cup Splenda--or real sugar1 cup carrots, grated1/4 cup ff milk4 TBL applesauce2 eggs1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Makes 8 servings

Preheat oven to 350°.

Pam a square baking dish -9" on each side and combine all of the ingredients and stir well.

Speread into Pammed dish and bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes.

Very light, but a nice snack cake.
