Parmesean Chicken Bake

Ingredients
Chicken Breast no skin 12 ounces (4- 3 ounce breasts) non-fat greek yogurt plain, 0.75 cup Parmesean Cheese- Crystal Farms, 8 tbs Lawry's Seasoned Salt, 1.5 tsp GARLIC POWDER, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Spray the inside of an 8x8 in baking dish and lay chicken in the dish.
3. Mix the remaining ingredients minus 3 tbs of the Parmesan cheese.
4. Cover the chicken with the mixture and then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
