Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 12 oz Ground beef, 16 oz Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup chopped Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup ground cumin, 2 tsp Garlic powder, 1.5 tsp Onion powder, 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tsp Oregano, ground, 2 Tbsp Paprika, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp dried cilantro, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Brown meat in skillet with bell peppers and onions, drain off excess fat. Add spices and tomatoes, simmer until tomatoes have gone soft.
