Sautéed cucumbers with blue cheese crumbles

Ingredients
1.5 cup cucumber, peeled1 tb butter2 tb basil2 tb blue cheese crumbles
Directions
Peel cucumbers and cut into chunks.
Heat butter in a nonstick skillet. Add cucumbers and sauté 5 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste. Add basil and stir. Add blue cheese.
