Ingredients
11/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/2 cup medium chunky taco sauce1/4 cup dijon mustard2 tbsp lime juice1 cup non-fat greek yogurt
Directions
1. Combine taco sauce, mustard, and lime juice in a large casserole dish. Add chicken, turning to coat. Cover; marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour up to overnight.

2. Preheat oven to 350F.

3. Remove chicken refrigerator and uncover. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes, until chicken cooked thru.

4. Place chicken on serving platter and serve with a side of yogurt dipping sauce.
