Baked Chicken Reuben

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast1/2 cup sauerkraut, well drained4 sliced reduced fat swiss cheese1/2 cup fat free thousand island dressing
1. Preheat oven to 325F.
2. Place chicken in a single layer in a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Press excess liquid from sauerkraut; spoon 2 tbsp on to each chicken breast. Arrange cheese slices over sauerkraut. Pour dressing evenly over the top.
4. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is cooked thru and tender.
