Chicken with Lime Butter

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 lime, juiced1/2 cup I can't believe it's not butter light1 tsp minced chives1/2 tsp dried dill
Directions
1. Preheat foreman for 5 minutes.

2. Grill chicken 7 - 8 minutes, or until cooked thru.

3. Place lime juice in a medium pot over low heat; cook until bubbling, about 1 minutes.

4. Add butter, 1 tbsp at a time, stirring until a thickened sauce forms.

5. Remove from heat; stir in chives and dill. Spoon sauce over grilled chicken and serve immediately.
