Turkey Beer Chili

2 pounds ground beef/chicken or turkey1 onion, finely diced (we have)3 cloves garlic, minced1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes2 (14.5 ounce) cans Italian-style diced tomatoes1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce1 cup water1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans2 tablespoons chili powder1 tablespoon ground cumin2 tablespoons white sugar1 tablespoon salt1 teaspoon ground black pepper1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
In a large stock pot lightly brown Turkey, and drain if needed.
Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, Beer, kidney beans, pinto beans, chili powder, cumin, sugar, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes and then serve.
