Orange pineapple smoothie

Ingredients
1 orange1 apple1 banana2 frozen bananas1 c. frozen diced pineapple2 tbsp ground flax seed2 tbsp protien powder1/4 c. nonfat milk
Directions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Makes about 5 cups.

Note: I buy bananas and peel them and freeze them in zippy bags to have on hand for smoothies. I also buy fresh pineapple and chopp them up and freeze them in zippy bags to have on hand also.
