2 pounds (454g) Pork Tenderloin cut into 1 inch chunks.130g Green Bell Peppers cut into strips.133g Onion sliced thin and cut into half pieces.1/4 Cup (50g) Light Brown Sugar, Packed.2TBSP (16g) Cornstarch.1/4 Cup (60g) Cider Vinegar.3/4 Cup (160g) Water.1TBSP (25g) Soy sauce1Can (20 ounces, 567g) Pineapple Chunks in Juice.
Place the pork tenderloin pieces into the slow cooker; add the green bell peppers and sliced onions.
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, 3/4 cup water, vinegar, and soy sauce; blend until smooth and pour over pork and vegetable. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 hours, add the pineapple and juice and cook on high for 1.5 hours.
