8 ounces whole wheat penne1 pint grape tomatoes, halved2 ounces fresh goat cheese, crumbled1/4 tsp dried basil1/4 tsp dried oregano1/8 tsp garlic powder1 small red chili pepper, thinly sliced1 tablespoon olive oil3/4 tsp kosher salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1.Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain.
2.In a large bowl, toss the pasta, tomatoes, goat cheese herbs, and chili with the oil, ¾ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
