1/2 c egg substitute1 large chicken breast, boneless skinless1/2 c olives1/2 can tomatoes2 T lemon juice
Directions
soak chicken in egg substitute
Brown in pan, then add tomatoes with juice, olives, and lemon juice. Cook in pan until cooked through
