Mock Ground Beef vegetable soup

Ingredients
1 10oz package Publix frozen Mixed Vegetables28 0z. can diced tomates14.5 oz can tomato sauce2 small potatoes, diced3/4 cup dry whole wheat pasta (any kind)1 onion, diced3-4 cups water1/4-1/2 cup TVP
Directions
Boil water for TVP (according to directions) and pour over TVP.
Saute diced onion then add frozen vegetables and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add all other ingredients (including TVP) and bring to a boil.
Add seasonings (I use garlic salt, onion powder, pepper, and oregano)
Simmer for 30-40 minutes.
