Scott's Spanish Rice

Ingredients
1 5oz bag of Mahatma Yellow rice1 box of Zatarain's Spanish Rice3/4 cup dry TVP1 can Rotel1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes2 cups waterCumin to tasteChili Powder to tasteGarlic salt to tastePepper to taste1/2 tsp sugar1-2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
Cook TVP according to directions.
Combine TVP and garlic - saute for 1 minute.
Add rotel, diced tomatoes, and seasonings - bring to boil then add 2 cups water.
Bring to boil and add yellow rice and spanish rice.
Reduce heat and simmer 20-25 minutes.
