Peach chia jam

Ingredients
3 small peaches, peeled & diced4 Tbsp chia seeds2 Tbsp honey.5 cup water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring/mashing as you bring to a boil. Lower heat & simmer 15-20 minutes until you achieve good consistency, continuing to stir/mash. Remove from heat and empty into a jar. Refrigerate overnight.
