1 lb Browned Ground Beef (extra lean is best but this recipe is for regular lean ground beef)Can of rotel or green chilesOnion (sliced)1 can of pinto beans (drained)1 can of red kidney beans (drained)1 package of McCormick chili mix (can do low sodium option for less salt)Then experiment with the spices! Add a dash of cumin, chili powder, or even Tabasco sauce (just a little!) for extra kick.
Brown the meat then throw it all in a pot and cook on till boiling, then lower to a simmer for about 30 mins with the lid on and Enjoy! Makes great leftovers.
