I made this recipe last night, and I am not a fish person. I broiled it the first time 3 minutes, to make sure it was enough , took it out and then brushed with mixture, which is so easy to do. Then put back in for 5 minutes. This was absolutely the best recipe I've had!!! I could eat over and over - 1/15/09

Oh Lord! This recipe = AWESOME! Please note: I am not usually the cook in the family, but the more I want to eat healthier meals, the more I'm finding that I need to cook them for my family. This was simple enough for ME to make (I was SO PROUD to serve it!) Nothing but compliments! WILL MAKE AGAIN! - 8/8/10

Everyone I have made this for loves it. It makes for a quick healthy meal. I usually bake the fish instead of broiling, it takes longer and that way I have time to prepair my side dishes. - 8/31/09

Made this with a friend and we both loved it. Instead of celery salt & onion powder we used garlic salt. Only note was that it took a lot longer under my (kind of crummy) broiler -- maybe 10 minutes for the second stage instead of 2-3 minutes. Still: quick and easy prep. - 7/28/10

This has become a favorite with my hubby and everyone else I have served it to. Sometimes I add some garlic chili hot sauce to the mayo mixture to give it kick. I bake it instead of broiling. Wonderful recipe. Thanks for sharing it. - 1/17/10

Tasty. My husband isn't a big fan of fish so I was hesitant to try a new fish recipe, but he liked this. I did modify the recipe a little. I realized halfway through grating that I wasn't going to have enough Parmesan so I used Regiano to make up the difference. I also added a little garlic. - 12/20/08

This was fantastic! Finally, a recipe where I have all the items on hand. :D

Note: When I put it back in for the second time, I did need to keep it in for about 5 minutes, 2-3 left it a bit raw.
