Black Bean and Sweet Corn Baked Burritos

Ingredients
1 pkg (12) whole wheat tortillas1 can fat free refried beans1/2 cup water5 tsp taco seasoning1/2 pound 93%lean ground turkey1/2 cup black beans1/4 cup frozen corn kernels1 10 oz can Green Chile Sauce
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees
put 1/4 can of enchilada sauce in bottom of pan so burritos won't stick
brown ground turkey in large skillet
turn temp to med low
add refried beans taco seasoning and water to pan
stir till water and beans blend add more water if needed
add corn and black beans
allow to cook till corn has warmed and filling has thickened
add approx. 1/3 cup filling to each warmed tortilla
fold in sides then roll burrito, place in cassarole dish
top with remaining enchilada sauce and bake for 15 minutes
serving size is two burritos

    Delicious! I would have either used another 10oz can of enchilada sauce (says chile sauce in ingredients, but in recipe it calls for enchilada sauce) or one big jar. - 8/26/08
