Herbed Artichoke Chicken

1.5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts1 can tomatoes drained and diced1 can artichoke hearts, drained1 small onion, chopped0.5 c black olives, pitted and sliced1 c chicken broth0.25 c dry white wine3 tblsp quick-cooking tapioca2 tsp curry powder1 tblsp parsley, chopped1 tsp dried basil leaves1 tsp thume leaves0.5 tsp salt0.5 tsp pepper
1. Combine chicken, tomatoes, artichokes, onion, olives, broth, wine, tapioca, curry powder, parsley, basil, thyme, salt and pepper in a CROCK-POT slow cooker. Mix throughly.
2. Cover; cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3.5 to 4 hours or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
