Ice Cream very low calorie- under 50 calories! :-)

Ingredients
4 large, ripe bananas skinned weight approx 550 g250 g skimmed milk1tsp vanilla -5gCanderel Sweetener 2 tbs - 4g
Directions
Skin and slice bananas. Put onto a baking sheet covered with greaseproof paper and freeze several hours or overnight.
Place all into a blender and whizz until thoroughly blended.
Put into a bowl and weigh to work out nutrition accurately.
Serve to applause.
Makes about 750 g
