Creamy Squash Bisque (gluten free)

Ingredients
Onions, raw, .5 medium Garlic, 3 cloves Olive Oil, 2 1tsp Butternut Squash, 3 cup, cubes Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)Basil, 3 leaves *Dried Oregano, 1 tsp *Sweet Cooking Rice Wine, 1 tbspEvaporated Milk 2 tbspBlack Pepper dashSalt 1 tsp
Directions
Chop onion and garlic and saute with olive oil, add the spices till heated then add the water and set to boil then add the squash cook about 15 minutes until tender add the wine then reduce heat and cook for 10 mins longer. Let it cool down and place in a heat proof blender or food processor and puree until smooth add milk and blend. you can return to heat or just serve with a little more ground pepper if you like.
