Eggs with ham, cheese, vegetables

Ingredients
Ingredients:Butter, unsalted, 1 tbspGreen Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 small Camembert Cheese, 1 cubic inch Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), .25 cup, diced Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 4 large Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute vegetables in butter. Add ham. Saute until warmed through. Add eggs and scramble.

Add cheese. Turn off the heat when cheese begins to melt.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Divide into two portions and serve immediately.
