1/4 c coconut oil4 scoops vanilla protein powder4tsp splenda2 Tbsp sunflower seeds4 Tbsp flax seed meal2 large eggs
mix all ingredients (possibly by hand, it is fairly stiff), make a long roll, then press into the length of a cookie sheet about 3" wide.
Bake approx. 15 min, or until slightly browned

No oven temp. I used 350 f, I added 1/4 teaspoon vanilla. It needed to be stirred with wooden spoon until coconut oil is well mixed. I used chopped walnuts. You must grease pan. First batch I almost couldn't get them off the pan. I baked them in a pan with a lip on edge, like a biscotti. Pretty good - 10/2/15

Cooking heat? I buy protein pwdr in bulk. There is no scoop. I assumed 1 tbsp=1 scoop. Are the ingredients correct? This was way too watery. I added an extra tbsp of flax meal & an extra tbsp of protein powder to stiffen it up. Still too moist. Baking at 350, all oil came out and dripped into oven. - 10/9/14
