Turkey, Bean and Mushroom Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
2-28oz cans of crushed or pureed tomatoes1 large onion, chopped4 cloves garlic, minced2 cups crimini mushrooms, sliced2 cans Cannelini beans, drained and rinsed2 tsp olive oil2 tsp each: oregano and basil (dry)2 tsp kosher salt1 tsp fresh ground black pepper2 pounds ground turkey breast
Directions
Heat olive oil in large pot over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and brown. Season turkey with a small amount of salt and pepper. Add mushrooms. Add onions and garlic and cook until translucent. Add tomatoes, seasonings and beans. Cook for 30 minutes, or until thickened. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
