Healthy Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
3 TBS Oat Bran ground in a coffee grinder2 TBS Nutiva Coconut Flour1 TBS Ground Flax Meal45 Packets Sweetener3 TBS Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa PowderDash salt2 tsp Konjac Powder3/4 tsp baking powder1 TBS Blue Bonnet Light Margarine Spread1 large egg1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grind Oat Bran in a coffee grinder until powdered, like flour. Combine all dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Microwave the light margarine for a couple of seconds, only to liquify, but do not allow to get hot. If too hot, allow to cool. Add egg and vanilla and beat with a fork until combined. Add dry ingredients. This will make a stiff dry dough. Roll small marble sized balls. I got 28 out of this recipe. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes.
