Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
1/4 cup lactose free cottage cheese3 eggsSalt to tastepepper to taste1 tbsp. water
Directions
Put the eggs in a dish and whisk them well.
Add cottage cheese and whisk again.
In a small frying pan, spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking and then cook egg mixture over medium heat.
Gently push the cooked portion to the center using a spatula until the eggs are almost cooked.
Add salt and pepper and finish cooking.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings that are about 3 ounces
