Asian Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1 t canola oil1/4 cup each: chopped red bell pepper, onion, carrots2 cloves garlic1 skinless rotisserie chicken breast (cooked)1.5 T hoisin sauce1 t siracha1 T low sodium soy sauce1 t ground ginger1 t sesame oil3 large leaves romaine lettuceSweet and Sour sauce, to taste
Directions
Sauté pepper, onion, carrots and garlic in a little canola oil.
Shred the chicken and stir it in.
Add the hoisin sauce, siracha, soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil. Cook over low heat for about 10 mintues, or until the flavors are melded.
Serve in 3 lettuce leaves, topped with a drizzle sweet and sour (or other dipping) sauce.
