Avocado Dressing

1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt1/3 cup skim milk1 tablespoon lemon juice1/2 teaspoon celery salt1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce1 avocado, seeded, peeled & mashed
1. Combine yogurt, milk, lemon juice, celery salt, and pepper sauce in a food processor. Pulse until well combined.
2. Add avocado to processor, 1/4 at a time, mixing after each addition. Once all avocado is worked in, add additional skim milk until desired consistency has been achieved.
3. Cover and refrigerate. Use within a few hours to prevent discoloration.
Serving Size: Makes 13 - 2 tablespoon servings
