Banana zucchini muffins

2 ripe bananas1 large zucchini1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup evoo1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease muffin pan.
In one bowl mix wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
In another bowl mash bananas and mix with honey and vanilla and oil.
Peel and grate one large zucchini. Squeeze out liquid. Add to the banana mix.
Combine the banana mix with flour mix.
Spoon mixture into muffin pan and bake for 25 mins or until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
