Healthy Breakfast smoothie

Ingredients
I always use:1 Banannaa handful of blue berries (about 10)and 4 or 5 strawberries.3 tbls of ground flaxseed 3 tbls of honeyfill with enough water to make about 16 oz of drink. (although if you like you smoothie a little thinner you can add more water)Blend well ( I use a smoothie maker called nutri-bullet and it comes out great)All the prep time comes from cutting the apple up
