Spicy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. ground deer meat1 c. onion, chopped6 cloves garlic, minced1 c. celery, chopped1 30 oz. jar "garden style" chunky spaghetti sauce with mushrooms and green peppers1 can beef broth (low sodium)2 c. waterSalt and Pepper to taste1 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilis1 16 oz bag mixed vegetables
Directions
1. Cook the first three ingredients in deep pot over medium heat until meat is browned. Stir to crumble. Drain off fat.

2. Add spaghetti sauce, broth, water, celery, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat, stirring occasionally.

3. Stir in veggies and diced tomatoes; return to boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 10-12 minutes until veggies are tender.
