Hamburger potato casserole

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes sliced think with skins on3/4 pound of lean ground beef1 can mushroom soup1/2 cup water mixed with soupsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
wash and slice potatoes - I use a food slicer; brown hamburger and onions ; mix soup with water; Layer potatoes, hamburger, and soup in about 3 layers in a sprayed 9 X 11 pan. Bake for one hour
