Mark Bittman Kale with Tahini

Ingredients
2 T olive oil1 T chopped Garlic1 lb collards or kale, roughly chopped1/4 c chicken stock3 T tahinisalt & peper2 T lemon juice
Directions
Heat oil in deep pot on medium.
Add garlic and cook until golden.
Add kale, stock, tahini, salt & pepper.
Cover and cook 5 m.
Uncover and cook another 5 m, until tender, adding more stock if necessary.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1.5 cup servings
