Microwave Pumpkin Protein Cake

Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla protein powder1 egg white1/4 cup vanilla soy milk1 tablespoon oats1 tablespoon wheat flour1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/4 cup pumpkin puree1 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon baking powder1 tablespoon semi sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients with fork in a bowl until smooth.
Pour into a mug sprayed with cooking spray. Microwave for 5 minutes.

Optional: Melt 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle on top!
