Super simple Mango salsa

Ingredients
Mangos, 2 cups, diced (about 3 large fruits)Juice of two limes1 large shallot to get 2 tbsp chopped Fresh Cilantro 3 tbsp
Directions
Just dice the mangos, shallots, and the leaves of the cilantro. Squeeze the juice out of the two limes and mix all together. Simple and tasty. I use this by itself with chips, or in a chicken quesadilla or slightly warmed as a side dish to fish. Delish and easy to adjust to your own tastes
