Spinach and Ham Quiche

Ingredients
Ingredients:Olive Oil, 2 tspGarlic, 3 clovesonions, raw, 1 smallSpinach, fresh, 2.5 cupFeta Cheese, 2.5 oz*Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 0.5 cupPie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, deep dishEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 4 largeMilk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cupSour Cream, reduced fat, .25 cupHam, extra lean, (5% fat), .33 cup, dicedSage to tasteSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Add olive oil to a medium skillet, saute garlic and onion, until slightly brown, add spinach and feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into pie crust, top with shredded cheese.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and sour cream. Season with salt, pepper, and sage. Pour into pastry shell, allowing egg mixture to combine with spinach mixture.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, until center is set. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
