Ingredients
7 boneless, skinless chicken breasts2 small cans chopped green chiliesI cup chopped onionI cup chopped bell pepper2 cans red chili beans3 cups frozen corn28 oz can diced tomatoes29 oz tomato puree3 tablespoons chili powder2 cups water or to desired consistency
Directions
Brown chicken in a large pot sprayed with cooking spray. Add all other ingredients and cook on med-low, covered, till chicken is tender. Makes 16 1 cup servings
