2 cups baking mix1/2 cup applesauce1 medium egg1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract2/3 cup non fat milk1/3 cup Splenda( 1/4 cup blueberries, not included in calorie count)
Directions
mix all ingredients
bake 425º F preheated oven, 25 to 30 minutes
used silicon cupcake liners in a 6 count muffin pan
