crock pot beef stew

Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds beef stew meat or beef chuck cut into 2 inch cubes6 large carrots (peeled)8 small white (newhope) or red potatoes10 small boiling onions3 celery stalks4 garlic cloves (minced)1 tbs onion powder1 tbs garlic powder1 tbs accent2 tbs seasoned pepper 1 tbs seasoned salt1 tbs celery salt3 bay leaves2 16 oz canned cut or whole tomatoes (unsalted)1 16 oz canned stewed tomatoes (unsalted)3 tbs seasoned rice vinegar1 16 oz canned beef broth (low sodium)
Directions
In a 6 quart crock pot add beef stew meat, beef broth, bay leaves, onion powder, garlic powder, accent. Cook on high heat for 90 minutes. Then add carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, garlic, seasoned pepper, seasoned salt, celery salt, canned tomatoes (do not drain), canned stewed tomatoes(do not drain), rice vinegar. Stir and cook on medium heat 6 hours.
