Low Calorie/SF Apple Crisp (THM Friendly)

Ingredients
4 cups diced apples1 tbsp erythritol2 tsp lemon juice3/4 cup rolled oats1/4 cup almond flour2 tbsp xylitol1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)1 1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix apples with erythritol and lemon juice.
3. Place apples evenly in bottom of baking pan (11x7 recommended)
4. To complete the crisp, in a medium-sized bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Top the apples evenly with oat mixture.
5. Bake crisp at 350F for 30 minutes.
6. Enjoy with THM friendly ice cream (especially Tummy Tucking Ice Cream).
