Spinach-avocado pesto

2 cups spinach3 tbsp chopped avacado1-2 cloves garlic1/4 medium red onion, chopped1 tbsp lime juice1 tbsp chipolte or other hot sauce1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Put spinach in a food processor and pulse for about 10 seconds. Then add avacado, onion, garlic and pulse until finely chopped. Slowly add the lime juice, hot sauce and finally the olive oil.
