Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
5 or 6 Medium Idaho Potatoes1 tbsp Unsalted Butter1 C Almond Milk1 tsp Salt (or to taste)1 tsp ground black pepper1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Directions
Clean and peel potatoes. Half and then quarter potatoes, place them in boiling water. Cook until potatoes slip off of a fork. Drain. In large boil add butter and milk (for not so sticky potatoes warm milk first) to potatoes and beat with a hand mixer or mash with a hand masher until smooth or to desired texture. Add salt, pepper and Paprika, Mix Well. Serve hot.
