Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients
1.5 cups plain almond milk2 ripe bananas2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder2 tablespoons sugar
Directions

Serving Size: 0.5 cups
In a microwaveable bowl or cup, combine cocoa and 1/2 cups of almond milk well. Microwave for 40 seconds and stir.

In a blender, place bananas, remainder of alond milk, and cocoa mixture. Puree 10 seconds.

Pour ice cream mix into ice cream maker and process 20 minutes or until thick. Chill, covered for an hour or serve immediately.
