Sausage and Peppers omelet

Ingredients
1 Large egg, beaten1/8 cup of bell peppers (red, green, yellow, diced)1/8 cup jalapeno peppers (diced)1 slice (thin) 2% american deli cheese2 Banquet Brown and Serve Lite sausage links (defrosted)
Directions
Saute sausage in olive oil until brown, add peppers. Then add egg, spread around pan. Flip once cooked to liking. Add cheese and fold. Flip once cooked on side one...then cook side 2. Serve
