Coconut Brown Rice with Sweet Peas

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice1/2 cup of frozen peas1 tbs coconut oil1/4 cup of coconut milk (can)1 3/4 cups of watersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients in a medium pot, bring to a boil,cover, cook on low for about 25 to 30 minutes. Add a little more water if needed and cook through.
